By using lovelisti, you agree to use the service lawfully and respectfully. You are responsible for the content you add to your profile and contributions.

Do not upload content that is illegal, abusive, infringing, or intended to harm other users. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

uploading photos and videos. Before uploading any photo or video, you must have created it, own the necessary rights, or have permission and all other authorizations needed to upload and share it on lovelisti. This includes permission for any recognizable person shown or recorded, and appropriate permission for minors. You must also have permission for music, artwork, logos, recordings, or other protected material included in the media. Finding a file online, buying a copy, or appearing in a photo does not by itself give you the right to upload or publish it.

You keep your ownership of the photos and videos you upload. By uploading them, you give lovelisti a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt technically (for example, resize or encode), and display them only as needed to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the service and show the content to the audience you selected. This license ends when the media is deleted, except for copies that must be retained for legal, security, backup, or dispute-resolution purposes.

You are responsible for claims arising from media you upload. If you believe media on lovelisti uses your work, image, voice, or personal information without permission, please contact us with the relevant link and an explanation. We may restrict access to or remove reported media while we review it.

lovelisti is provided as available. We may change or discontinue parts of the service when necessary.
